			<description>The Proper foot position for setting up when going into at turn is important for giving you the flexibility and extra leverage over the bike in high speed cornering situations.



In order to drag knee you will need to set up PRIOR to the turn: Foot should be on the peg using the ball of your foot with the heel rested on top of the heel guard. Doing this alone will automatically set your knee up with the proper 90* angle needed for knee dragging.

			<description>There are a number of things you can take to the track to enhance your experiance. Get a printout of the layout of the track an study each turn. While it as hard to get a feel for the track from a pic, you can get a rough idea from the length of the straightaways,the number of turns, and the severity of each turn. 



Find out what amentities are at the track, such as whether or not the access along pit row where you will have to park is paved. Are there electrical outlets and facilities?
